Life is hard when you suffer with hip, leg or foot problems.

Mobility is restricted, sometimes severely. Pain can be an everyday visitor. Sometimes there is no obvious reason for the problem, sometimes the problem has a name, but no-one seems to know how to fix it. Sometimes, the problem gets a name, and you get told you have to live with it.

Easy does it

Our modern-day life, with so many ‘mod cons’ that make life easier, can also come with a price tag we don’t bargain for. Our bodies are designed to work hard and often, and the lack of regular demanding exercise, (experienced by our ancestors as regular ‘life’) can lead to imbalances and injuries we don’t anticipate.

Never in the history of mankind have so many been doing so little for so long! Television, YouTube, smart phones, smart machines, labour-saving devices, and buses, trains and cars are responsible for so many bodies getting under-used and under-exercised. The result is a record amount of hip, leg and foot problems being experienced and reported as various muscles shorten, tighten, stiffen, and spasm when they do get worked hard.
